Cocktails

Our cocktail program seeks to use herbs, tea, and spices from Asia, especially those used in Indian Cuisine. We balance those spices with fresh seasonal fruits and herbs from local farms to create cocktails that pair with our cuisine.
– Hemant Pathak, Junoon Mixologist

Several years ago, we had a bar manager who thought it would be fun to include a cocktail inspired by the Game of Thrones. We have kept the idea going through several iterations. And now we can present a collection of eight cocktails in this theme.

Indian Whisky

India’s love of whisky is well known and documented. This love has inspired many to produce whisky domestically in styles inspired by their Scottish originals, much of it frustratingly second-rate.

Over the last few years, this has finally produced an interest in making truly world-class whisky in India.

We are proud to present some examples of the new wave of award-winning Indian-made whisky.
