Junoon's cocktail program pushes the envelope in the art of drink-making and providing an immersive experience from start to finish. We use classical tenets and modern techniques to craft libations that pair with each course of your meal, blending locally farmed fruit and herbs with unconventional spices & teas - particularly those from India. Entrust our skilled bartenders to build you a story in a glass that travels with you well beyond our restaurant walls.                                          

FLIGHT TO INDIA

A transportive flight of three of Jazba’s legacy cocktails, highlighting the finest botanicals, spices, and spirits of India in one dynamic flight.  

KAAPI- vodka, spiced Chikkamagaluru coffee, kaapi liqueur, lemon (“our version of espresso martini with a special Gundikhan estate coffee”)

PAAN- rye whiskey, jazba paan nectar, cherry bitters, paan smoke (“inspired by the classic old fashioned with aromatic paan flavoring.”)

PIPLI- mezcal, pipli pepper, jalapeño-maple, curry leaf, lime (“eastern pipali pepper meets western jalapeño”)
