Born and raised in Hyderabad, India, Chef Sid studied hospitality at the Culinary Academy of India. He worked For Several 5 Star properties, including Marriotts, Taj hotels, ITC group in India, and later while working for Costa Carnival Cruise, he learned global traditional and modern culinary techniques. Chef Sid arrived in New York City and began working at Baar Baar as a Chef de Partie from 2017-2019 before joining Junoon as a Sous Chef and being promoted to Chef De Cuisine in 2022 and continuing showcasing his Culinary Arts.
